A)
MONITORING QUALITY CONTROL:
Montoring quality control and quality assurance of all types of high-pressure oil & gas pipeline. Compressor stations process pinping in refineries, fertilizers, LPG Units and other pertochemical industries. Storage tanks and pressure vessels in accordanc with the standard specifications.
B)
PRESSURE TESTING:
Pressure testing certification of the separators, conflux houses, hearts chokemenifold lubricators Bop and other relevant equipments
C)
RADIOGRAPHIC INSPECTION:
Radiographic inspection Magnetic particles inspection liquid penetrate inspection along with cathodic protection system.
D)
ULTRASONIC INSPECTION:
Ultrasonic thickness monitoring with DM-2 and ultrasonic flaw detection with USK-6 type & USM-2T.
E)
COAT-WRAP INSPECTION:
Coat Wrap inspection of buried lines and paint inspection along with cathodic protection system.
F)
INSPECTION OF DRILLING TOOLS:
Inspection of drilling tools e.g. stablizers, drill collars, monels. Finishing tools and rig masts etc. both with black light a dry method
G)
SUPPLY OF TECHNICAL STAFF:
Supply of technical staff, engineers and inspectors, NDT technicians, coat warp inspectors, cathodic protection engineers, coded welders, fabrication and other crafts.
